By accessing or purchasing from Charitable Creations, you agree to the following:

• Handmade Items: Each item is unique. Slight variations in size, shape, or appearance are normal and part of the handmade nature.

• Product Use: Our stuffed animals are for comfort and display. They are not recommended for children under 3 years old. Always supervise young children.

• Liability: Charitable Creations is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of our products.

• Donations: Each purchase already includes a donated stuffed animal. Additional contributions through our donation form are not tax-deductible, as we are a for-profit social enterprise, not a 501(c)(3).

• Intellectual Property: All photos, text, and designs on this website are the property of Charitable Creations and may not be used without permission.

3. Return & Refund Policy

All items are handmade with care and inspected before shipping. Because of their custom and handmade nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your item arrives with a defect due to a crochet or construction error, please:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

3. Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We cannot refund or replace items due to normal wear, misuse, or minor handmade variations.

4. Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via UPS/USPS.

• Delivery times may vary and are outside our control once shipped.

• Charitable Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and your shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Donation Disclaimer

Every purchase from Charitable Creations already includes the donation of one stuffed animal to a child facing medical challenges.

The donation form is an optional way to give beyond your purchase. Each $10 contribution covers the cost of materials and production for one additional stuffed animal, which will be donated to a local hospital partner.

Charitable Creations is a for-profit social enterprise, not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. As such, donations are not tax-deductible. All donations are final and non-refundable. Delivery schedules to hospital partners may vary.

6. Safety Notice

Our stuffed animals are handmade with love and designed for comfort and joy. However:

• Not recommended for children under 3 years old.

• Parental supervision is encouraged when giving handmade items to young children.

• As with all handmade products, yarn strands or ends may occasionally loosen. Simply tuck them back in to keep your stuffed animal looking its best.

Charitable Creations is not liable for any injuries, choking hazards, or damages resulting from misuse or unsupervised play.
